Before you pay
The price for each file is shown before you pay. Files up to 10 minutes can be transcribed for free, so you can try the quality first.
Failed transcriptions
If the transcription fails or cannot be started, you get a full refund. You do not need to ask for it – we refund it automatically within 5 business days.
Technical problems
If the result is unusable because of a technical fault on our side (for example, the text is cut off or empty), contact support@ordsana.com within 14 days and we will refund the payment in full.
Right of withdrawal
The transcription starts immediately after payment at your request. Once it is complete, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Errors that are normal for automatic speech recognition, such as misheard words, are not a technical fault.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid to the original payment method through Stripe. It may take a few days before the money appears on your account.
