The service

SophiaDesign Inc. provides automatic speech-to-text transcription of files you upload.

Your content

• You must have the right to upload the recording and, where the law requires it, the consent of the people who can be heard in it. Do not upload illegal content.
• You keep all rights to your files and transcripts.

Accuracy

Transcripts are produced automatically and may contain errors. Check the text before you rely on it. We do not guarantee that the result is suitable for any particular purpose.

Free use

Files up to 10 minutes can be transcribed for free a limited number of times per day. We may change or limit free use to prevent misuse.

Prices and payment

• The price is shown per file before you pay and includes VAT.
• The transcription starts immediately after payment. By asking us to start immediately, you agree that your right of withdrawal ends once the transcription is complete.
• If the transcription fails, you get a full refund.

Storage

The audio file is deleted when the transcription is finished, and the text is deleted after 7 days. Download what you need to keep.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the file in question. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
